Student Accepted Academic Checklist Portlet  (Used by Newly Admitted students)

If a newly admitted student does NOT see the Student Academic Menu/Tab OR the Student Checklist portlet link 

The IT Service Desk technician can verify if they indeed SHOULD be able to see it.  Use the procedure below to "mimic"/test the student view of the Checklist link.

  1. Use this link https://sunyorange.us1.teamdynamix.com/tdapp/form/asc?anum=
  2. Add the Anumber of the student you want to test at the end of the equal sign of the URL and paste into the browser's address bar

**If after mimicing the student access with the link above you see an error stating "The Accepted Student Checklist is not currently available for this student record" like the example below.  They will need to contact admissions at 845-341-4030 - there is likely something missing from their admissions requirements.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Some items are manually “checked off” by an Advising staff member.  For example, the Student Survey, needs to be first confirmed by college staff on the backend, and therefore may not appear as a GREEN checkmark as soon as a student submits the survey - in fact, it could take several business days. The IT Dept at SUNYOrange does not have any access to individual student checklist items.  Students should call the Admissions office if they have further questions or concerns on the status of any item on their Student Checklist.
