Office 365 license is only available to the following SUNY Orange users:
- students during ACTIVE enrollment
- active employees
NOTE: Students Office 365 A3 license (with download / installable option) will be activated by the first day of the semester you are enrolled.
Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud-based service that provides web and mobile versions of the Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and also provides additional online storage and cloud-connected features.
NOTE: You must be a active currently registered student or active employee to DOWNLOAD and INSTALL Office 365.
To access/ install Office 365 as a student or employee: - Click Link: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
Use the Install Office link from the Upper Right Corner to proceed to access the FULL Software Suite download, or other install options, for example to install just one program from office (word, excel, power point, etc..).
Once the download is complete, launch the "Office Setup." as you would any other installable download and login with your MySUNYOrange email and password to activate with your SUNYOrange Account license.
Alternately - You may also open and use the Office Apps via the internet/browser by clicking any of them on this page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The SUNYOrange IT Dept does not have the resources to work on non-college owned computers.
