How do I check my Voicemail?
Go to phone.sunyorange.edu and log in with Single Sign-on
What is the new Voicemail PIN?
- This is something you may have setup when you initially activated your account. (6-10 Digits)
- You can change this on the web at phone.sunyorange.edu
Once logged-in click on the Phone section, then scroll to & click Voicemail PIN under the Voicemail Settings section
Create your NEW Pin & Re-Enter it in the fields; It MUST be 6-10 Digits long
REMEMBER to click the SAVE Button to confirm your NEW PIN.
How do I check VOICEMAIL remotely from another phone:
- Call the extension / phone number of the voicemail you want to access
- As soon as you hear ringing, press the star key [*]
- Enter the Voicemail PIN followed by [#] sign -
- Follow voice prompts for voicemail access
