Many performance issues are resolved after the Windows 11 upgrade by installing any/all windows updates.
Follow the steps below to check and install Microsoft Windows OS updates that may be pending or available.
- Type "Check for Updates" in the Windows search bar and open "Check For Updates."
- Select any/all available System updates and click "Download and install."
- Once the updates are complete, you may need to reboot in between and check again until there are NO updates left to install.
***NOTE: If you are still experiencing issues after upgrade (including laptop battery/charging issues) you will need to install some optional updates specific to your hardware setup.
