Follow the steps below for Instructions on how to submit a ticket request to SUNY Orange IT using the TeamDynamix (TDX) System.
Click on Services in top ribbon to view our Service Catalog, then click on the Information Technology Services Category.
Locate and click the Category that is most relevant to your request (i.e. Printing)
Click on the Service that you need within that category (i.e. Request Access to an Existing Printer ..)
You will be taken to the Service page where you will be given a brief summary of the Service and any related details, resources, or Knowledge base article links..
Click the orange Submit Ticket button on the right
Here you will fill in the details of your request. Many Service forms we provide has been customized to fit the needed information for the request. Mandatory fields will have an asterisk next to them.
When ready, at the bottom of the page, click the Blue Request button
Here you can view the request you just created. Create another request of that same type or view all of your ticket requests.
Alternatively you can use the "Search the client portal" feature in the upper right corner to search for the service you need.
