Toshiba and Large Scale Copiers
The toners for Toshiba copier/printers are handled by our Toshiba contract vendor and by calling the toll free number on the unit's sticker.
INKJET Cartridge Printers (HP Inkjet models, Scantron machines, label printers)
Inkjet/cartridges should be sent to the Business Office directly, ordered via your department purchase requisition.
Note: Inkjet type printers are not serviced/supported by the IT Dept and no ink will be ordered through the ITS Department.
HP Laser Printers
ONLY printer toners for HP Laser Type Printers go through the IT Department ticketing system. Your toner request ticket will be closed by the IT Department once a Purchase Order is generated by the Business Office. The toner will be delivered by the stockroom once received from the vendor.
