Company Portal Error: This device is already assigned to someone in your organization

If upon accessing the company portal from your computer you encounter the following error, please open a ticket.  One of our system administrators will need to make a change in the our back end Microsoft system to resolve for you.

"This device is already assigned to someone in your organization. Contact company support about becoming the primary user. You can continue to use Company Portal but functionality will be limited"  - See screenshot example below.
