Call Queue voicemail can be accessed via desktop phone, web browser, & Avaya softphone app.
To access Call Queue voicemail via your desktop phone:
A desktop phone will alert you to the presence of new voicemails by illuminating the red light on the upper right corner above the screen. When asked for your PIN, enter the PIN for your own extension's voicemail box. Messages left for the call queue will be indicated by system announcement when voicemails are checked.
To access Call Queue voicemail via your web browser:
Log into https://phone.sunyorange.edu and click on the My Extension dropdown menu. Select 'Call Queue Management.'
The name of the Call Queue will appear in the upper right.
From here you can check and manage recent calls and voice mail messages. These calls and messages are separate from your own extension.
To access a Call Queue's voicemail via your Avaya softphone desktop app:
Open the Avaya Cloud app on your desktop. In this example, there are two notifications of activity: one missed call and one voicemail.
Click on the Voicemail header to check unheard voice messages.
Under Voicemail, alongside the 'My Voicemail' header, there is a separate section for the Call Queue voice messages.
From here, you can listen to, delete, forward, and otherwise manage voicemail messages for the Call Queue.
