How to Check status of your ticket(s)

Once you submit your ticket for service, you will receive an email confirmation to your @sunyorange.edu email account.  This email will contain a direct link to that specific ticket in TeamDynamix. 

You can also click on the "View My Recent Tickets" link on the client portal.
