When Attempting to Access BANNER ADMIN:
If you get one of the following errors:
"Couldn't access remote session service" OR "Problem in external authentication service"

FIRSTLY: Ensure you are using CHROME AND Connected to VPN (if off SUNYOrange campus)
SECONDLY: Ensure you are able to login to MySUNYOrange and have completed any MFA identity verification information.

If you are still experiencing authentication errors, Please try the following:
- Clear all cookies/cache browser history, (See Clearing Cache Article), Then close and re-open the CHROME browser, (ALL TABS)
If that doesn’t work you check your cookies setting.
In Chrome address bar at the top, paste the following and press the Enter key:
chrome://settings/cookies
On the Cookie Options screen (see below) You will need to select
"Allow third party cookies" or "Allow all cookies" (depending on your version)

Then close the CHROME browser, (ALL TABS) - rel-aunch Chrome and try to connect to Banner 9 Admin - to confirm it is working.
Alternatively, you can attempt in a different browser - like Firefox OR Edge.
