When using CHROME (even in incognito mode)
If you get the following error:
Ensure you are user is using CHROME incognito AND Connected to VPN (if off campus) !
Please try the following:
TRY FIRST - Clear all cookies/cache browser history, (See Clearing Cache Article if you need help)
Then close the CHROME browser, (ALL TABS) - relaunch Chrome and try to connect to Banner 9 Admin - to confirm it is working.
If that doesn’t work you can try the following procedure.
In Chrome address bar at the top, paste the following and press the Enter key:
chrome://settings/cookies
The following screen where you will need to select Allow all cookies
Then close the CHROME browser, (ALL TABS) - relaunch Chrome and try to connect to Banner 9 Admin - to confirm it is working.
Alternatively, you can attempt in a different browser - like Firefox OR Edge.
