About TeamDynamix

Overview

TeamDynamix (TDX) is a web-based platform that provides service management, asset management, and project management capabilities. TeamDynamix supports IT management and functions, and has capabilities that provide general support or management of non-IT functions, like facilities and human resources, too.

The IT Department agreement with TeamDynamix provides for enterprise licensing and robust multi-tenant capabilities. Under this model, ITS is the global administrator for the service.

  • Setting up workflow, tracking approvals, and assisting in automating processes
