This service applies to Faculty/Staff and Students with college loaner laptops.
Software used on College owned devices should be reviewed and approved for installation and use by ITS Department. The ITS Department maintains the licensing and management of media, and is responsible for the delivery of physical or cloud software.
The ITS Department will work with the respective department to determine if the software falls under one of our site-licensing contract. Alternatively, the requesting department may need to pay for specialised software. Proof of license and review of contract needs to be accounted for by the requester, for all software installed.
Once the request is submitted, a technician will coordinate installation and/or configuration of approved software requests.
