This service applies to Faculty and Staff Department Heads.
Any software contracts that are technology related should be reviewed and approved by the ITS Department. ITS will review and assist with vetting and negotiation between the vendor and the college for any changes in terms and conditions. Information Security requirements may also be reviewed to protect SUNYOrange college data on behalf of students, faculty and staff.
It is encouraged to submit IT Contract Review requests allowing as much time as possible for the review process to take place. The negotiation could take longer depending on the complexity of the contract and the responsiveness of the vendor.
