SUNY Orange employees are able to request reports to data for which they have been approved by the data owners.
This form should be used to request a NEW report to be created with Cognos reporting tool
If you need to request a change to an an existing Cognos report please use the service request for Cognos Report Modification.
Use the New Cognos Report button to the right to request a new report.
