What users (requesters) Do and Do Not Appear in TeamDynamix?
Overview
TeamDynamix syncs users who are current faculty, staff, students, alumni up to 2 years, and consultants with strong sponsorship.
Newly hired staff who have not yet met their date of hire may not appear until
after their hire date
, or until they have completed all requirements of Human Resources.
TeamDynamix sandbox (test environment) also syncs users in the same way, data/configuration is refreshed from LIVE according to
TeamDynamix refresh schedule
